Privacy for kids
Published 21 October 2026
Hi! This page tells you what we know about you, and what you can do about it.
We work hard to look after your info properly, and to follow the privacy rules where you live.
You're a username, not a name
In the app, you use a username. Don't put your real name, your school or where you live in it.
What we keep
Only what the app needs to work: your username and track, your progress (lessons, coins, XP, medals and streak), your Vault jars and goals, and who looks after your account. Your password is scrambled so nobody can read it. Want the full list? Ask your parent or teacher to show you our Privacy policy, or the privacy policy inside the app.
What we don't ask for
Your real name, a photo, your birthday or your home address. If you sign up yourself, we ask what year you were born once, to check your age group. We never save the year. We only keep your track, whether a parent had to say yes, and when we checked.
Who can see your stuff
Your parent (if your account is linked to one) can see your info. If you use the app at school, your teacher can see your lessons, coins, XP, medals, streak and jar totals, and can download a class list or all your info. The leaderboard is off unless your parent or teacher turns it on. Right now nobody else can see your name or score on it. The "Ask my account manager" button on the leaderboard doesn't send a message, so ask your parent or teacher yourself.
Your parent helps
You can try some lessons as a guest first. As a guest, your progress is saved on your device. The app also notes which lessons you play, without your name. The "Clear this device's progress" button wipes your progress from your device. The app deletes those notes after 30 days. To get your own account when you're 13 or under, a parent or guardian has to say yes. Your parent can change your track or delete your account.
Coins are virtual
They're fun to collect. The app never moves any real money. Your parent might agree to give you a reward for your coins, but that's your parent's choice, and it happens outside the app. XP just shows how far you've come.
Where it's kept
Your info is kept on safe computers in Japan. The computers that run the app are in the United States.
See your info
Open the "My info" page in the app. It shows your username, your track and who looks after your account.
Want a copy, or want it gone?
Your parent (if your account is linked to one) or your teacher can download your info or delete it. Just ask. Once your info is deleted, it's gone for good. We don't keep backups. Only the notes about when you signed in stay, for up to 30 days.
You can ask us
You can also ask us to see what we keep about you, fix it or delete it. Email info@nextgenachievers.com. If you just have a question, you don't have to tell us your name. We'll answer within 30 days.
Not happy?
Tell us first at info@nextgenachievers.com. If you're still not happy, ask your parent or teacher to help you contact the privacy office where you live.
Want all the details? Ask your parent or teacher to read our Privacy policy with you.
